Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, with a daily one-hour break.
The role of the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Inspector is to support and assist the Materials Management Team in the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of the QA/QC function, ensuring alignment with agreed service level agreements (SLAs), procedures, and client requirements. Key duties include:
•To promote and support the safe delivery of the client operation by promoting and following the lifesaving rules and leading by example.
•Assist in the successful delivery of the overall client Peterhead operation, with the object of achieving zero incidents and NCRs.
•Ensure the safe, accurate and efficient execution of QA/QC activities in accordance with the client SLA's, procedures and work instructions.
•Act as a key point of contact for onshore and offshore users, responding promptly and accurately to issues and queries.
•Identify and escalate any issues or discrepancies that may impact service delivery to line management and the client as appropriate.
•Support general goods receipts activities as required.
•Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
•Demonstrate effective use and understanding of the client's SAP system and related SAP transactions.
•Maintaining an accurate, auditable record of activities.
•Foster positive working relationships between operational locations.
•Manage costs effectively including consumables and equipment.
•Undertake ad-hoc duties as required, in line with training and competency assessments undertaken.

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Minimum Qualifications
Current Forklift Licence
IOSH Working Safely (or equivalent)
Desirable Qualifications/Competencies
Supervisory experience
Management Qualification (or equivalent)
