Reporting to the Materials Manager, the Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the WELLS and North Sea Operations team with purchasing requirements. Key responsibilities are:
•Using the SAP system, raise service and limit shopping carts, expedite purchase orders to suppliers, assist in the troubleshooting of output queries, initiate purchase order uplift requests, ensure procurement supply chain management systems input prior to raising requests, in accordance with existing supplier Terms & Conditions implications.
•Using the WELs system, setting up time planners and addressing any time planner related queries, acting as a focal point for any estimate queries, ensuring database integrity in the WLEs contract section, holding all relevant up to date contracts, ensure purchase orders are managed, update with PO numbers once known, link estimates to PO management repository, pull through uplift values to PO Management, with relevant notes for audit trail purchases. Ad hoc cost estimate entry - generating cost estimates in WELs based on back up quotes, for all low volume vendors.
•Coordinate workflow changes and raise service tickets.
•Coordinate vendor extension requests liaising with procurement supply chain management.
•Run intelligence and reports on requests.
•Purchase Order closure management-coordinate with all vendors at campaign closer stage. Provide deadline dates for invoice submissions and aligned with contract requirements. Manually review all open purchase orders after deadline, issue reduction/closure requests, carry accruals forward for future invoicing.

•Computer literate with well-developed IT skills across the Microsoft suite and a practical understanding of data entry and reporting applications, specifically in SAP.
Minimum Qualifications
•Educated to National 5 qualification or equivalent.
Desirable Qualifications/Competencies
•Experience within a procurement or drilling environment would be desirable.
