Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 0800 – 1630 (30 Min lunch break)
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team working on behalf of our client based in the south side of Aberdeen. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks within our state-of-the-art warehouse facility, including picking, packing, loading, and unloading goods, as well as maintaining an accurate inventory of all materials.
Responsibilities:
•Receiving incoming goods
•Sort and store materials in designated areas.
•Prepare and package materials for delivery or shipment.
•Load and unload delivery vehicles.
•Maintain accurate records of materials using SAP.
•Maintain a high level of housekeeping.
•Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet trucks, safely and efficiently.
•Follow all health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
•Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred but not essential.
•Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
•Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
•Basic computer skills
Desirable Qualifications
•SAP Experience
•Current Forklift License (desirable but not essential — training may be provided)
