The ASCO Group HSSEQ Department operate and control numerous systems and documentation to ensure that the business is effectively supported in the delivery of its global HSEQ obligations. The role of Group HSSEQ Administrator will assist the team in the administration and further enhancement of all aspects of these systems and documents, as well as coordinating specific HSSEQ tasks across the business.
The position will be based in the Peterhead office, and candidates should be mobile to travel to other ASCO locations, if required. Key responsibilities are to:
•Maintain the HSSEQ LiveSafe Database and process all entries.
•Liaise with Key Account Managers and Client Representatives.
•Maintain and develop HSSEQ Management Systems to ensure their efficiency.
•Ensure excellent service delivery by responding promptly and professionally to HSSEQ related enquires received in person, by phone or email.
•Document control and upload documents to AIMS.
•Receive, review and upload HSSEQ documentation and information to ASCO Connect.
•Distribute HSSEQ documentation to the Business as required.
•Receive and distribute lifting certification reports.
•Coordinate the Balanced Scorecards and verify the accuracy of data and publish.
•Support other Group HSSEQ activities as required, including the production of high quality reports.
•Provide administrative support to the HSSEQ team and proactively assist colleagues, undertaking adhoc duties as required.
•Participate in the successful delivery of HSSEQ projects.
•Support the HSSEQ Department with other administrator duties, as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Qualifications/Competencies
Higher (A Level) English
HNC/HND or SVQ3 in Business Administration
IOSH Working Safely
