Reporting to the Warehouse Team Lead, the main purpose of this role is to accurately receive, store and issue materials in the delivery of services for the client. Completing all aspects of the role in line with Company and Clients processes and procedures. Always ensuring safety and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for ensuring materials received correspond with delivery paperwork and that any discrepancies are investigated.
• Ensure requests for materials are received, located, properly actioned in accordance with procedures and the materials system is updated accordingly.
• Ensure materials stored in the Warehouse and external storage areas are done so in compliance with procedures, e.g., correctly identified with stock codes, location, weights and protected from environmental damage.
• Perform all shipping of client drilling and production materials in an efficient manner, and prepare all paperwork, including dangerous goods.
• Co-ordinate shipment of materials via client controllers and ASCO shipping team.
• Arrange transport for the movements in and out of the warehouse.
• Abnormal loads are to be moved in conjunction with the appropriate method statements, lifting plans in accordance with the GLP.
• Deal with any queries regarding material from offshore and onshore engineers e.g., searching for SAP/ non-SAP material, checking if back loaded etc.
• Ensure materials stored in the Warehouse and external storage areas are done so in compliance with procedures, e.g., correctly identified with stock codes, location and weights and protected from environmental damage.
• Deliver stock accuracy by operation of the materials system, undertaking regular stock checks and ensuring written-off stock is disposed of correctly.
• Maintain housekeeping standards within the Warehouse and operating areas.
• Assist other in-house departments when required – receipts, shipping, stock check etc.
• To cover for weekends as part of a duty rota.
• Ensure cycle counts are completed in a timely manner or as requested by the client.
• Ensure that all Dangerous Good are checked against the IMDG guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications
• Current Forklift License

• Warehouse/logistics experience
• IT skills - particularly SAP
• Keen to seek and implement ways of improving performance
